Sixth chamber is a tense PSX inspired thriller / horror, created for the Pirate Software Game Jam 17.
There is only one bullet, would you rather leave your fate up to luck or skill?

This is a simple typing game inspired by buckshot roulette that aims to create a sense of nostalgia.

I created this project in 9 days solo, and honestly had a lot of fun with it. Hopefully you enjoy it!

Known bugs:

- Cylinder spin Start/Stop can reverse leading to a round where the weapon cylinder continues to spin instead of cancelling

- On game win - Machine audio continues to play

- Brightness UI slider isn't working right now

Performance:

I do not recommend running this in Opera GX / One as the framerate takes a pretty big hit! (At least it does for me)

Really enjoyed! Great work on the game! Took me a few tries to realise I'm supposed to type on the keyboard instead of clicking on the typewriter (just cause with the other objects you can interact that way). The setting is great in creating the vibe of the game! It made it seem like there were going to be some jump scares happening.

Thank you so much :) i’ll make note to maybe create a tutorial in future

This is actually good, reminds me of devil's roulette. For "darc" i typed "card" but it shot me dead, so there are ambiguous words.

Yeah I through a few curveballs in there, which funnily enough caught me off guard more times than I care to admit
